To make sure our wooden floor was not damaged, he covered the floor with a large mat. He then cheerfully went about his business and promptly solved the problem. He later took the time to make sure there were no leaks and tested the appliance. Gary is a great guy and a great worker. We strongly recommend him. I called the number and thes service man said he couldn t get to me until late afternoon. Said he had to deliver a mattress and my home was out of the way???? Eventually arrives at 3 pm, did an excellent job, courteous. Gave 4 1/2 stars because of the disrespect for my time, lack of communication."
