"They did a great job in getting here 3 times, very quickly each time, upon my contacting them. I initially used their $39.00 annual tune up deal offered thru Angie's List. David was very nice and informative. He identified the 2 possible problems that could have caused the unit to not perform. He sat the unit up with a new digital display unit after eliminating the internal motor's mal-functioning. The unit ran OK for a few days before I noticed that the water was collecting in the salt container. They sent a tech here quickly to find out what was wrong. The tech reworked the pipes in order to find out what exactly wasn't working properly. On the third call, David knew exactly what the 2nd culprit was and fixed it quickly. It was a blockage in the piping inside the salt container caused by a copper piping that had been used by the installer of the unit at the new address. This copper piping should have never been used by the installer. The installer was someone my realtor had recommended who wasn't licensed and both the realtor and the installer had lied to me and now they are being pursued by law enforcement. The fact that Ecowater and David are able to get here and rectify the problems quickly has allowed me to fix the water filteration system quickly and be able to include their reports in my evidence against the unlicensed plumber who posed as a licensed plumber and caused my damage to various areas of the house I bought from the realtor. I would recommend Ecowater Systems to everyone. They are quick and reliable and fair.

"They dealt with pulling up flooring, swapping out our cupboards, and took down drywall. He also cleaned everything in our home; he washed our walls and paid to have all clothes/furniture laundered. He also notified us that the water heater, faucet, and garbage disposal were leaky so that we could have those replaced to avoid further mold issues. "I called Don in the beginning of the week and he worked around my schedule and was there, on time, by the end of the same week. What should have been an easy faucet replacement was complicated by the fact that the hole in my granite was smaller than the new faucet I had purchased. When Don told me this, I was sure I would have to go find a new faucet to fit the hole but he persevered and was determined. He was able to make the hole larger without damaging my granite and the finished product looks beautiful. He cleaned up any mess that was made and is very professional. "The end result is everything that I had hoped for.  The tile work and grout is excellent, as are the roof and wall repair and painting.  When I returned to the house weekly, the crews were very friendly and were working very hard.  The workers voluntarily fed the stray cats for me, replaced air conditioner filters after removing the floor tiles, and tried very hard to keep my house clean.  
     The only suggestion I  have  is  that the contractor give the owner more updates on the progress and any issues/questions that arise during the process, especially when the owner has relocated to out of town family during a  4+ week remodel.   
   Overall, I am very pleased with the work and how quickly they were able to start.  I would reccomend this contractor for any remodeling job, and would hire him again.

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
