•   I am so happy that I decided to go with Fox Creek Builders to install my window and 2 sliding glass doors.  From order to install the process was excellent + only took about 3 weeks.  Amazing since it took another vendor a month to tell me they could not fill the order I previously requested.  Max, the owner, came out with Fred to measure and discuss my request.  When Fred installed the custom doors + window they fit better than the original doors they replaced---fit like a glove.  Fred was extremely pleasant, neat + a precision installer.  They removed all the old debris, vacuumed all the rooms, deck + cleaned all the windows after install.  I did not even have to remove my blinds during the process + they were particular about routing my outside cable wire. 
    The doors are very high quality argon + insulated glass.  My husband + I just love how smoothly both the doors + screens move along with the other bells+ whistles.  Even my dog loves the doors + the crew.  Max came out and inspected the job + again explained the features so we did not miss anything.  We couldn't be more pleased with this purchase--well worth the money + I just wish I had done this sooner.  Thanks to the Fox Creek Builders--Great team and Great work.

"Great experience with RIBA from start to finish. After looking as several choices I worked with Rich determining the type of windows that i needed which would work best within my budget. I had several choices of trim and Rich helped me decide the best color that would accent my brick home. I was given a date to expect delivery and installation. Because rain was foretasted and potentially would push the installation, RIBA worked with me to store the windows in a more convenient location in my back yard where they would be out of my way. Rich assured me that his crews are very trustworthy; since I couldn't be home on the day of installation, I really had no choice. RIBA is bonded & insured. When I returned home all of the windows were in place. I noticed shoes by the door; they took them off as not to mar or soil my hardwood floors & carpet. I didn't ask. When finished they cleaned up...everything. The window quality was exactly what I ordered; the trim work was over & above what I expected; excellent work. I would (and have) highly recommend RIBA for home improvement work. Looking forward to my new RIBA roof next month."

"Everything went very smoothly and efficently from start to finish. I met with Tom Green and explained what I was interested in and he provided me with a quote for installing a new GAF Timberline UHDZ roof. After getting HOA approval, I coordinated with Exterior Medics on when the work could be started. The group of roofers I had worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves very well. He answered multiple emails and even came out a second time to our home to further discuss replacing the doors and answer our questions. He checked in in-person a couple of times during the install process to make sure things were going smoothly. The install team were hard workers and did a great job. Plenty of follow up so I knew work was in progress. When product arrived, installation was scheduled in a timely manner and was completed quickly and professionally. I've used this company for replacement windows and replacement kitchen-garden window. The lifetime warranty is wonderful.
