"Sammy Appliances Repair Services is an extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, customer-centric and very reasonably priced appliance repair and sales company! I called mid-day Friday regarding a rental property that I have in Alexandria, Virginia and Sammy was able to get out the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue with the Kenmore washer/ dryer! Repaired it the same day and had the units running prior to leaving!! I highly recommend Sammy Appliances Repair Services!! Just fantastic!!"

"I highly recommend Mr. Singh with US Appliances Services if you need any type of appliance repair! Over the past two years, Mr. Singh has repaired my washer, dryer and refrigerator. Each time I have called him he is very quick to respond and has come out within a day to check the appliance. He was very well versed on each of my appliances and provided a great deal of information on what the problems were. He gave good estimates and performed the service very quickly. I fully trust Mr. Singh and cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism! I will call him for any future appliance issues that I might have."

"I had a problem with the smell coming off a GE combo washer/dryer that I had just bought. I was so worried that "smell" wasn't something you could get help with. I am very sensitive to chemical smells, and this appliance was filling the house with a chemical smell. I went into the shop on Dransville road to get help and after talking with them, they called someone and that person said no problem. The salesperson had me smell the insides of the machines on the floor until we found one that didn't give off any chemical smell. I might have looked kind of foolish sniffing machines, but it was actually brillant. They took the smelly machine back and used the credit for the new machine I sniffed out. Everyone was a s nice as they could have been. Thank you so much, Sterling Appliance!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Working with Service Master was a great experience! During their first visit, they identified that our dryer had malfunctioned due to an electrical issue unrelated to the dryer. We hired an electrician that confirmed this diagnosis and fixed that issue. We then called Service Master (per their recommendation) to come back and finish the repair. Within a couple of days, Service Master had purchased the dryer part damaged by the electrical problem and replaced it. Totally professional, punctual and overall great to work with."
