"We had a pretty tricky project trying to create one level throughout an old house. Our project started with a foundation repair before they came in so we had some other repairs as well. The AGC team handled the subflooring build out, baseboards, door casing adjustments, trim, some new bead board in a bathroom, a pine accent wall, sheetrock repairs, texture and painting. We had a few issues come about during the project but they were eager to correct anything we were concerned about to our satisfaction. Alan produced quick accurate quotes and Geoff was very hands on and commutative throughout the project. Anytime there was a concern, Geoff quickly worked with his crew to correct the issue. The pine accent wall and sheetrock repairs were especially polished and clean. The payment process was clear and convenient. We hope to work with them again in the future."

"Allan & the guys working at AC Cornerstone do quality work. They built my house in 2005. I know they build quality because I watched the attention to detail and selection of quality materials that last. In 16 years, I've had only minor/expected maintenance issues. Everything still works. No cracks in the rock. This house is solid and built to last decades. I love this house. Building anything can be stressful with 1000's of choices and unanticipated problems. "I hired Terry to build a 14'x20' lean to box building with no windows on an existing concrete slab. The slab wasn't checked for level and the building went up without addressing the issue. The slab issue was my fault, but I think a professional should check before building on anything. If someone is concerned for their product I think that person should say I can't build on that because it has an issue. I also understand time is money and once he started i was locked in. I am writing this to help the next guy. A slab check would have taken a minute and this is why it was so grievious to me."

"We had the LET Group do a multifaceted remodel and construction effort on our home: remodeled the existing garage to a game room, added a bathroom, remodeled/moved the laundry room, remodeled the kitchen and main bathroom and built a new stand-alone garage with workshop. As other reviewers have noted, the LET Builder Project Manager, Luis Taipe, is fantastic. As all construction projects go, there were schedule problems and infrequent worker issues, but the key to a good project is how well these issues are managed and Luis is extremely professional and handled all issues efficiently and effectively. As other's have noted, Luis actually identified issues that my wife and I would have not noticed or ignored and had them corrected to his satisfaction first which was often more stringent than we would have requested. We struggled at the start of this project to find a good contractor and actually delayed the project several times because we were not comfortable with either the potential contractors or their proposals. This changed when we met Luis and listened to his absolute professional observations and recommendations during the initial project assessment and proposal process. His proposals were detailed and he was responsive to changes. Yes, there were several contract changes, but we were aware of them (no surprises) and were part of the process in developing the contract changes. This was a very big step for my wife and I and it was a major project ---- could not be more satisfied with the results and have already passed on recommendations to neighbors. Would recommend LET Builders to anyone with Luis as the Project Manager. Luis is personable, professional, and extremely responsive --- met his family as well and it is a very nice package to have worked with."

"Less than a year after we moved in, we discovered mold (to which we are sensitive) in our "new" kitchen. Patriot Construction knew exactly what to do (hint: it does NOT involve bleach or DIY air samples) to handle the situation safely and also whom to contact regarding the testing. In addition to having the proper equipment, they were really good at explaining the different options and what each one might cost. They also could have taken advantage of the situation and told us that we needed an entirely new kitchen, but instead,their in-house master carpenter was able to build the needed cabinets to match the existing. We highly recommend them and will use them again on future projects."
