"First company (Fast Plumbing) that was sent out by the insurance company was too tired to do the repair that day. Next day Fast Plumbing a no-show. I called them. The owner (Lee) said he did not want the job; to notify my insurance company. The insurance company called Roto-Rooter of Austin on this 3 day weekend. Their plumber arrived within several hours. He completed the job within 2 hours. He did not have to pull my toilets (as the other company's plumber had wanted to do). He simply passed his rooter line down the shower drain. He then walked around the outside of the house and found a main sewer clean-out site built into the wall and cleaned out again at this site. I was so grateful as I had been going to the toilet in my backyard. I am 70 yrs, with a cane and Medical Alert bracelet.
