"I stated earlier that the cost was $1000+ because I signed up for the Groupon Deal Sergiy was offering through Angie's list - $250 for $500 worth of work on any window or door project, so I saved some money there.. I almost immediately received a reply from Sergiy and we set up an appointment to discuss the project. After seeing where I wanted the door he went over all the details of what would be involved in the project and we quickly agreed on a price. I ordered the door from Lowes, and when the door arrived, Sergiy picked it up and brought it to my house on the day of the installation.
We briefly went over the project again and he instructed his team on what to do. The two gentlemen that did the work, worked quickly, efficiently and professionally, taking care to repair and restore the aluminum siding on the outside and the trim work on the inside of the new door opening. I also noticed that they took care to insulate around the jamb and even fill all the nail holes in the inside trim work.
I am delighted with the finished job and would hire them again for any project I needed within their scope of work. I would also strongly recommend them to anyone on Angie's list needing window door or siding work on their home.

When my ice-filled gutters crashed to the ground, along with what looked like soffit vents and some of the supporting structure, I turned to Angie's List to find a contractor.  Left a voice mail, which was immediately returned.  Robert came out that day to look things over (while I was at work) and emailed me an estimate.  He removed the considerable debris on a Sunday morning and did the repair work the next day (Monday).  Arrived on time, when promised.  Very responsive, very professional.  I would recommend Robert Roofing.

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! "We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. Once completed, the work area was left spotlessly clean. "At last, a company where Customer Service is an TRUE AND PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE and not just a department or empty promise. After about a year and during some very heavy rain,I had an overflow from one of my upper gutters and made call to Vista expecting to be either put off with excuses or whatever. I promptly received a call back from Brian, who I believe was the owner, who arranged to come out and inspect the problem, which he did. He identified that the gutters I had on that side of my home,and the steep slant of my roof were not sufficient to deal with flow of a very heavy downpour and suggested I install a 6" gutter and gutter guards. I was expecting to get a large estimate for the replacement of the 28 feet of 6" gutters and guards . I was amazed and grateful when Brian stated that as customer/vendor gesture he would replace everything FREE OF CHARGE. How many companies today would do that?. This job has now been completed .
