He kept us appraised of his schedule because of all the rain this year. First day and every day thereafter he and his crew arrived as scheduled, they worked hard, explaining what doing or needed to be done as the job went along. Suggested we think about adding a couple of trees to balance out the yard and we agreed. Matched the planter color to the existing wall and it looks like it has always been there. The yard looks terrific and very happy with it. Wesley and his crew were great, a pleasure doing business with them, and would hire him again."

"Had a back up in our tub and separate shower. The way our sewer line is laid out this happens 1 or 2 times a year. Called the Drain Co. and talked with the dispatch. Within 10 minutes had a response from the plumber who was then on her way. She arrived, unloaded, cleaned the main line out, cleaned up and was finished within 45 minutes. Excellent service, excellent work and will use them again for this on-going problem."

"They came out for a $99 roof inspection but it hardly covered anything, they just came out looked at it and gave their evaluation and recommended repairs and gave us an estimate for those. It was okay but I just thought we would get more for what we paid for. Wasn't really a deal. The $99 was really just a we'll come out and look at it, didn't cover any repairs or anything. I just thought it would cover more."

He was always honest about when the crew, whichever crew, would be arriving: demolition crew, wall crew, paver crew, deck crew, waterproofing crew, stucco crew, paint crew. Didn't matter..he was able to make this work flow. If there was a glitch Jeff would give us an estimate, pretty close to REAL TIME when work would be done. And the result is fabulous! A stunning patio, 2nd story deck, BBQ and grill area, and did I mention the paver designs? Final touch was bringing the landscaper to finish the small amount of grass that needed to be installed and plants. We LOVE the result and we LOVE Jeff."

I also really appreciated that when he arrived and saw I had a mask on, he immediately offered to put a mask on without me having to ask. For people who live with someone who is immunocompromised or feel more comfortable masking, you can feel safe and comfortable while Tito is working in your home. Tito is professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and detailed. I highly recommend his services and will definitely call him in the future if we need his expertise and help!"
