"We needed to replace some Eze Breeze windows and fix a leaky roof in our sunroom.  We called Sunshine Sunrooms and the representative was very nice.  We also received a followup phone call and were give an estimate based on the information we provided.  However, no one ever came to do the work.  We called again but no one showed up.  <br /> <br /> Called a 3rd time and had a completely different experience.  I received a call back that day and was able to schedule an appointment for Jim to come out to our house.  Jim showed upon on time on the scheduled date/time.  Note that this was on a day when there were torrential rain storms in the DFW Metroplex where Lake Lewisville gained 10ft of water!  Jim did a FANTASTIC job of explaining all the available options for fixing our sunroom and providing all the pros and cons of each option.  He called back write away with a very reasonable estimate and he said he would send us a contract so he can start the work.   I am looking forward to having Sunshine Sunroom do the work and i will update this review after the work has been completed. <br /> <br /> This review was updated based on my most recent experience so far. <br /> <br /> UPDATE: Sunshine Sunrooms has completed the work as promised. They did a grate job and I am very happy with the work they have done.  There have been no leaks since they did their work.  I will be contacting them in the future to re-roll the panes for my older windows. <br />"

"Phil and I are so very pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of the entire crew from TBL. We had another company we were seriously considering for the build of this patio. But our decision to go with TBL rested solely on the expertise and wisdom we saw in Kimbra. I really felt we would be able to communicate our desires and hear what could and could not be done in an honest way with Kimbra. She was right beside us through every decision and kept us in the loop at all times. We will use TBL again for other projects. Our patio is beyond beautiful. "Julio replaced our rotted out wooden deck with Trex material. He called then came out the first day that I requested him through Home Advisor. He and his crew removed our old deck and replaced with Trex. I was concerned about certain areas of the deck where heavy pot plants sit so he double reinforced those areas with wood before installing the Trex so I wouldn't have any bowing of those areas. Julio is a genuinely kind person. He cares about his work and he is dedicated to making the customer happy and doing a top-notch job. I have no complaints. I will definitely hire him again."
