The technician came on time and promptly inspected the unit. He reported that the capacitor had blown, and told me that he had a spare back in his van. "Just call these guys. There. Done. James and his brother, Daniel, came out to move a wall installed TV. I wanted it lower and the job entailed moving two outlets lower as well, then patching the drywall.
