"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. We would recommend them to others & if we needed additional work, we would definitely call Home Genius Exteriors."

"They called back & came out the very next day to give me a quote. Once I decided on the shingles I wanted & the date for completion, they had the shingles delivered the day before the job. They arrived on the day scheduled & worked until the roof was fully replaced on that same day. They only stopped for a lunch break throughout the course of the day. They cleaned up all debris (including leaves), so there was no evidence that they had even been here except for a gorgeous roof. I would definitely hire them again. Jose gave us a very reasonable quote to install cellulose-based blown-in insulation for a 20'x35' attic space. Jose and his team did a good job of prepping the space, installing the insulation and cleaning up. This took 38 bags of 19 lb insulation and nearly 4 hours to complete the job. Installing this blown-in insulation is a rather messy job and Jose did a very thorough work to ensure even coverage of the attic space."
