"My wife and I were looking to have an addition built on our 2 bedroom / 1 bath home back in the winter of 2022. After a phone conversation with Richard, we decided to have him come out to the house. He was very clear with the iCornerstone process, and the benefits of using this process. He is meticulous in measuring and understanding the existing structure. There are no guesstimates and all cost projections are based on the actual materials and labor needed to complete the work. Having such clarity regarding costs before any work begins is not something I've seen in this industry prior to this experience. It was certainly a welcome change. "Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors : Honesty, timely and effecient and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

Overall, I highly recommend his services; the work was completed in 3 months, and we are happy with the appearance and functionality of our new bathroom. As a general contractor, John was very responsive. He was always available to discuss our options and provided helpful recommendations. We had a significant project (7 months total)- we put on an addition, created an open concept downstairs & finished our basement. Yet despite the breadth of the work - Kinsella and Team showed an immense work ethic from start to finish. Every day they were there at 7AM and put in a full day.
