My only complaint that there was a disconnect of scheduling and timing the installer would be at our house for both the estimate and to install. Other than that it was great! "UpFront Plumbing were very professional. Listened to my needs and went over options. Were able to give a quote right away. Once approved set a date and showed as promised. I would use UpFront again. This service does come at more of a premium price. Replaced old water heater with new 50 Gal and installed pressure reducer. 100psi to 75psi. noticed a small change at the shower head but pressure is still adequate."

"Ricky, Ryan, Trapper, and Brandon did a great job installing our new shower. We live in an old home and the shower had previously been re-done, but the tiling job wasn't good quality, so we had problems with water leaking through to the walls and floor. 5-star did a great job replacing all the parts that had damage, and they did a superb job installing the shower and making sure that it was completely sealed.
