The quality of their materials, the design and installation being all done by their professional, trained, and experienced employees (no subcontractors), they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and a 4.8 out of 5.0 rating with Google was why we selected West Shore Home. Their sales representative, Annemarie listened to our needs and concerns before the design process started. She suggested helpful design alternatives and provided examples for our completed design. She explained before we signed the contract, the agreed cost in our contract is the last price we pay at the end of the work unless we change the scope of work. The installers, Edwin, Evan, and Coltin were on time for the removal and installation. They explained the process before starting the work and provided updated progress information. They were very considerate of our living conditions and protected our home from any damage. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and dedicated to getting the work done right. It was our experience that Wests Shore Home was friendly, honest, responsive, and dedicated to making our experience as enjoyable as possible. "Incredible service from the first contact! He quickly got us in to compete a kitchen remodel we started but didn't have time to finish. He seamlessly put up a pony wall where a wall had been taken down, repaired major gaps in the drywall due to ceiling and lighting remodeling, and added a beautiful backslash. He did this all while we were at work, as requested, and we'd come home to NO mess (which is huge with our busy schedule)!! We loved the work he did so much that we asked if he did showers and he moved his schedule around to get a new shower demolished and replaced with a new tile shower in only days!
