He was low pressure and very understanding. We decided after our research to schedule a replacement for Sunday morning. Les and Brandon arrived on time and were very nice and worked quickly. Worse, they left a metal tool inside the assembly, blocking water flow. While the drain placement was okay, the plumbing is now a disaster. They tore up the floor unnecessarily when they could have just cut small plugs around the pipe, swapped the plastic, and used thinnest Because of their "gung-ho" attitude and lack of communication."
