"I called Cook's Heating & Air-Conditioning due water coming out of the pressure relief valve of my boiler. Mike called back 10 min after I left a message and arrived at my house less than 2 hours later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made a quick fix. Mike then performed a routine boiler maintenance and cleaning service and checked the functioning of the heating throughout my house (radiators on three floors). The work included installing an additional return in the family room (split level home) to return air from the lowest point in the house. The crew was knowledgable, their work was neat, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. The work was completed in 2 days and the new Carrier system works great so far.
