"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. "The front sidewalk that G&B Construction replaced for us is absolutely amazing and has held up well in both the hot and cold weather! George and his crew were very skillful at creating a slight curve in the sidewalk (before the turn was at a 90 degree angle) and a flare at the driveway that really makes the front sidewalk look so much more inviting and welcoming. They also banked the sidewalk for better drainage and raised it up so that there was a much smaller step up onto the front porch. The crew that came out to the house was very nice and professional! They worked really hard to keep the driveway clean while bringing loads of wet concrete to the sidewalk location. I chose Premier Pointing because I strongly prefer to use small family businesses rather than big companies or franchises where the men who actually do the job are often not invested in their work or well supervised.  I'm old enough to remember when integrity and pride in workmanship were the norm rather than the exception and I feel that I found both in Premier Pointing.

The crew of 3 (I think) arrived on time and the work was finished as scheduled. Although they were always courteous to me, I did let the owner know that I found their radio and relatively loud banter just outside my open window to be uncomfortable. I really don't want to know who drank what or what time they got home last night. That said, their work was excellent.  I now have the best looking chimney on the block. 

Last but not least, it was a stretch for me to come up with $1375., the original estimate and even more so when they found internal damage to the base costing an additional $225. It may well  be "competitive" in today's market. To me, it's expensive.
