He showed and explained to me about needing a water filtration system next to well water pump because sand and dirt is getting through, clogging water pipes. He also found the Rheem on demand water heater the previous owner installed is not powerful enough, so I'm having him come back to replace and install those."

Albert was here on-time and was courteous. He seemed to be very familiar with our refrigerator. In the past, we've had technicians who seemed a bit stumped as we have an LG. He had the part on his truck and was able to fix it onsite (involved having to unload the freezer and clean out the ice as the fan access was inside in the back of the freezer). He left the work area clean and was out within about 45 minutes. I also got a text with my receipt, Alberts picture, and all the details of the job.
