"John and his crew were so wonderful to work with.  As the supervisor of such a big project, John was clear-minded and calm, and made it easy for me to chart our progress for the 200 congregants who were critiquing the work over a 4 month period.  Improvement Pros LLC painted all walls and very high ceilings, installed lighting,  removed and reinstalled a very fragile stained glass art piece, built a new altar platform and covered it in hardwood, installed new carpeting, repaired detailed cabinets and collaborated with our sound engineer to install a new AV system.   They did all of this within the limitations of a weekly church service (which meant everything had to be completely cleaned up and ready every Sunday morning) , within odd hours of operation, and with a woman minister (me), who had no construction experience, at the helm. John explained every detail and made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and why.  He answered all my questions and never left me feeling patronized.   I highly recommend Improvements Pros for your small and large projects.  John is professional, energetic, and knows what he is talking about.  He is fair in his pricing and does what he says he will.  Problems?  Only one; He has a family and there were a couple of times that taking care of his kids affected his arrival time.  Not a big deal for us.  We appreciate good dads!  Other than that, he was punctual, pleasant and professional.  Our entire community is thrilled with the outcome - and, believe me, its hard to get 200 people to agree on anything!

"Bradley is very professional and very knowledgeable and on time. He was also able to get started on our house right away when others said it would be weeks. Our breaker box was very old and the wiring in our house was a mess and it needed replaced and repaired. We only had a couple of electrical outlets inside the house and we had no power to the bathroom. We also wanted him to also install new ceiling lights and we wanted him to add new outlets. Bradley replaced the old fuse box with a new fuse box and he added new outlets and replaced the old ceiling lights with new ones. He also got power restored to the bathroom. When he was done everything worked like brand-new and his rates were by far the best that we could find. It was the first time ever using an electrician that we felt like we didn't get ripped off."
