"A+ John called in advance of arriving. He was punctual and very nice. He inspected the fan in the attic and inspected the pipe in the basement and the holes in the ground. He fixed the crinkled up tubing that goes into the pressure reader. He also readjusted the two lids that cover the hole in the ground and told us what we need to do to seal it properly because WES had installed this but not sealed it properly.
