"We've needed a major staircase upgrade for years and got Caesar and his crew to do it. As we decided on this we mentioned our half bathroom on the main level. He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top. The workmanship is top notch and all the men in the crew are very personable. Caesar not only listens, but he readily ask you questions as to your input on how things be done to your liking. The stairs and powder room turned out beautiful. We've already told Caesar that his services for another project will be needed in the fall."

"The job, carpet removed, new floor installed in dining room and hall, took one day, which was the time the vendor estimated. The vendor arrived on time with two other workers. The job was completed with careful attention to detail and looks beautiful. Workers were very polite. They tried to inconvenience me as little as possible, because my space is not large. Clean-up was thorough. The price paid was fair. Note: they do not take credit cards. The business owner was very pleasant and concerned with my satisfaction. I would definitely use this vendor again and plan to. I highly recommend his services."

"Bathroom Repair MPT Enterprises My wife and I recently moved into a +30 year old home and quickly discovered that the two bathroom had multiple plumbing problems; a shower stall and floor that was cracked and leaking; cabinets in desperate need of repair; and numerous electrical problems. We conducted an extensive search over a 60 day time frame; conducted multiple interviews; checked numerous references and ultimately decided to go with Paul and MPT who was clearly the most qualified AND also happened to be the most price competitive. Regarding the work they performed, I hardly know where to begin but I would start by saying that Paul and his team are the consummate professionals. The work was absolutely first rate (plumbing, electrical, tile, caulk, you name it); communication was ongoing as we always knew WHAT they were going to do, WHEN they we going to do it and they ALWAYS asked our opinion about the smallest detail before any work was done. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up with a broom and dust pan at the end of every work day. I consider my wife a perfectionist and only on rare occasion did she need to mention something to Paul that needed to be addressed and inevitably he was already on it and did it with a smile. He was beyond meticulous. The highest marks that I can give Paul is that whenever I need any work done in the future, he will be my first – and only – phone call and I have highly recommended him to friends and family. "I am very pleased with the renovation results that Cardona services gave me. My 1972 Manufactured home needed an update and reinsulation. My house was drab and chilly in the winter. Ricardo had good ideas and satisfied any concerns I had and it showed. It was recommended to insulate the ceiling first to prevent heat from escaping as it rises. Ricardo recommended R5 insulation board to be covered by a smooth covering. I was concerned it would bring my 7ft ceiling down and feel claustrophobic. But, gaining heat efficiency was the priority so, I agreed to Ricardo's plan. To my surprise, when Ricardo was done, my ceiling seems even higher! The rooms feel more spacious. I love it. The new hallway doors with black knobs are stunning, along with the new black bathroom faucet. My Manufactured home feels like a regular home . We love our new surroundings.
