"I have a unique standing seam metal roof. My gutters were in poor shape because they were taking a beating from the way the snow slides off the roof. Several other gutter installation companies would not even consider working with me because of the roof. I was pleased when PGG expressed a willingness to look at the job. Austin O'Malley, the salesperson, was very responsive to all my questions, and we spent a lot time reviewing the current state and what could be done to minimize damage in the future. We decided to replace all gutters and relocate one downspout to provide better water flow. I even decided to go with gutter guards. I have been disappointed with such products in the past, but the allure of keeping all the seeds and leaves out of the gutters made me give it one more try. In addition to my unusual roof, I also waited really late in the season to get started on this job. PGG worked hard to get the job done despite unusually early snowfall that they had to work around. I will have to see the gutters in action for a while before I can be sure, but for now they seem to be good. I would hire PGG again."

"We own an older home. The entire gutter system had been replaced over two decades ago and sections of the system were no longer angled correctly allowing water to overflow in heavy rains. There also were some poorly thought out segments. The gutter system had two long stretches on two sides of the house. One an unattractive vertical stretch which was located close to a walkway and the other was a cumbersome set of interconnected, angled gutter sections. Most importantly, not all of the gutter runs had to be replaced, so we were looking for a company which would tailor a repair/replacement project. We were also considering installing gutter guards to eliminate the need for annual cleaning especially since we have spruce trees lining the house. A team came by to measure the angles of the system which were unique to our home and would allow Springrock to make ahead of time. The work by the three-man Springrock Team was expertly completed using well constructed materials. The replacement runs were perfectly fitted to the existing system. The two runs which replaced the unsightly ones blended right into the sides of the house and became invisible components. The Springrock Team worked feverishly through the afternoon into the evening hours and returned two days later to complete the project. Springrock gave us a replacement gutter system and gutter guards which were well designed, perfectly balanced, and attractive additions to our home. So very pleased we decided to choose Springrock as our contractor for this project."

"This has been one of the best experiences we've had when dealing with home repair/improvement in 61 years!! The sales rep explained everything to us about the gutter guards and gutters in general. The price was much more reasonable than we expected. In fact, we got a quote from another company earlier that was so expensive-we decided to not install gutter protection at all!! But we kept our appointment with LeafBusters and so glad we did. We also got a price from them on a much needed downspout on one gutter end of our garage and had LeafBusters install that as well. We got a two hour window of when the installers were coming and they arrived 45 minutes early! Nobody does that!! "I don't have a ladder to reach my second story gutters, and dirt had built up in them to the point of weeds beginning to grow in them.  I had been delaying this project, but saw Lake View's truck drive by yesterday (with "GUTTER CLEANING") written on the side and decided to give them a call.  
I spoke to someone in their office at about 8:00 a.m. and was told that for a two story house, gutter cleaning would cost $120, not including a $15 discount for first time customers.  So I provided my address and was told they'd finish the job "today or tomorrow."
