"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"Mike (sales manager) did nail and seal some of the flashing and said everything was fine except for some loose shingles on the south/west side of my home. Quoted $679 on top of what I had already paid for the Big Deal ($89) to separate and re-nail approximately 30 shingles. Thought the quote was a bit high, but Mike said it would probably take two guys half a day to do the work. I asked if while they were up on the roof could they spray paint the flashing and vents back to black if I provided the paint. He said they would. I gave my approval. One of their employees showed up about two weeks later unannounced to do the repairs. I only knew he was there because I heard him walking on the roof. I inquired if he knew what all he was to do. He knew about repairing the loose shingles, not the painting, but said it wouldn't be a problem. I gave him the spray paint, asked if he needed anything else from me, he said no, I went in to shower and dress for work. I heard some hammering and about an hour later he was gone. I thought that was awfully fast and didn't think he had done all the shingles he was supposed to. I called Mike to ask him to come back out and check his work and expressed that I thought $679 was a bit steep for an hours worth of work, but that I understood that I paid for the job not the amount of time spent. Mike did knock off $100 from the original quote. When he came out to inspect he said that it did appear that all the loose shingles were sealed down except for one. He made no offer to fix the one that was loose. I asked as he was leaving if that one came loose would he fix it for free and he said he would."
