They told me (as did other companies) that I needed to put a gutter system in my basement to alleviate pressure on the foundation and prevent future water damage. The sales team and inspector were very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt when answering my requests. I did not go with this company because the price to do the work was almost double what the other two companies quoted me. This is also why I am giving them a "C'" rating."

The crew was polite, kind, and came in, did an excellent job in 3 days by digging a trench on the inside of the basement, removing the dirt from the bottom of the foundation, installed corrugated tubing, rock and then cement. They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water. The system is warranted for the life of the house and included within the price, which increased the value of my home."

I was getting ready to finish my basement when I noticed stairstep cracks. I made a call and set up an appointment. Easy call. Representative showed up. We talked about the cracks. I agreed that we should wait and watch for 6 months if the cracks got worse. Six months later, I followed up. Rep came back out. I told him i was going to finish my basement and didn't want to rip down walls if it starting leaking. His concern was for the color of the crack. He set up an appointment to dig up that section of the wall. Crew came out. Sure enough! There was a 6 foot vertical crack that was eventually going to seep water. The vertical crack was repaired and now I have a beautiful finished basement. I trust this company. Any issues I have ever had, the came out and took care of it. I appreciate an honest company. He gave me different options and never tried to oversell. Once I made my decision, both Marty and the owner, Mike Bird, stayed in touch ahead of the ptoject work. Mike Jr.and crew arrived on the scheduled day and finished the waterptoofing project in the time-frame they estimared. They were communicative and always helpful with any questions I had. When they were finished. Mike Jr. spent a good amount of time showing me the work they had done both inside and outside. The basement work looked great and they cleaned up everything once they were done. Outside, Mike Jr..recommended other projects in the backyard that I could do myself to futher divert water from the foundation.
