"My central air conditioning unit stopped working. I called Arctic Air Conditioning and was given an appointment for the following day. Before the arrival of the repair technician, I received a text that he was on the way that included his name and photo. I thought that was great, since I knew exactly who to expect. The technician was polite and professional. He gave a clear explanation of each of my repair options, and quickly completed the one I chose. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. I want to add that I am hearing impaired, and repair technician made extra efforts to make sure I understood everything he told me. He was great! I highly recommend Arctic Air Conditioning and will definitely use them again."

"The "Trane" AC that they installed for me is really good. I'm comparing with the old one that was swapped out, so maybe most new AC systems are equally good, as some others have told me, but anyhow I'm happy with the new AC. The crew that came to do the work are mostly very professional. One guy was kind of a goof though... I had some issues with electrical inspection as the new AC requires breaker and fuse to be 35amp max. In the end I had to have the whole breaker panel replaced, and replaced the fuses myself. I would like to have known this ahead of time, but Mario was in touch the whole time to give advises. I think they do the best within their capabilities, and I respect that."

"The installation went very well. The installation team, Rabi, Moe, and Murad, did an excellent job. They were hard working, courteous, respectful of us and our property. They explained the steps for the work carefully and involved us in decision making for several steps of the process. They cleaned up after themselves each day. They were with us for four days and each day they provided the same level of service. Our case manager, Rachael, kept us informed each step of the way. She answered questions quickly. Good experience. I would hire them again."

"Very professional installation. Was done in a timely fashion and the crew was very professional and clean. Huge difference in the comfort of our home now."

"I hired for a ceiling fan installation. I needed a ceiling fan installation as well but was quoted twice the market rate.."

"My central air quit during a nasty heat wave and they responded quicklyâ within a few hours a technician arrived that evening, followed shortly by the salesman when I decided to replace instead of repair. The job was scheduled for the very next morning! The installers were on time, friendly and cleaned up the areas. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. Interest-free financing was a huge selling point. Very good experience!."

"Our sales rep Matt was great. He explained everything in great detail, Install was fast, next day in fact. Work was done in about 6 hours. They kept the area clean. Purchased both heating unit and AC unit. The price was a little on the high side of the average."

"Top notch. Everything was flawless. From beginning to end , we had a smooth installation. The communication and response time was excellent. We will highly recommend Protocol to our friends and family. Thank you for your great service. :)"

"I had my HVAC system installed by this company recently and honestly, the whole experience was great. They’re a newer company in NJ, but they’re backed by a much larger, experienced company and you can tell. They really know what they’re doing. Everyone I dealt with was easy to talk to, they actually answer the phone, and they showed up right on time every time, which is rare these days. The install went smoothly, the crew was respectful of my home, kept things clean, and made sure everything was done right. They also took the time to explain how everything works without rushing through it. My system has been running perfectly and the difference in comfort is noticeable already. Overall, just a really solid experience. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work."
