"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"

Jose came out and was very professional and knowledgeable of what it would take to correct the issue I had. The price was reasonable and they had the best warranty out of all the other companies I received a quote from. It didn't take long to make a decision and once I did they were able to get to me the following week. The day of the appointment they arrived on time and went straight to work. Several hours later they were done and wanted me to check things to make sure I was satisfied. 2 days later it stormed really bad for hours and when I went in the basement there wasn't 1 drop of water at all. I couldn't be more happy with AK Waterproofing and I recommend them to anyone who has water issues with their home."

Everything was top notch and the quality of the materials is far superior. Even has some other contractors that were impressed with their work. They were professional, cleaned up everything, friendly and answered all my questions. Was able to get a successful raising of the house and I know it’s going to last now. Never was upsold on anything and have recommendations and things to watch for for future issues potential. Would recommend them to anyone needing support or foundation work done.
