"Roger was involved from the very start. He would start the day out with directions for his crew and be there for the critical parts of the deck construction and did the most exacting work himself to ensure quality overall. He made frequent inspections of the overall project. He had good suggestions to update the look of the deck. His crew was prompt, neat and showed up everyday except for some rain days. The yard was left as neat as possible every evening. Early on in the project we discovered a major unanticipated drainage problem requiring more extensive reinforcement of the lower deck planters using keystone blocks. He was adaptable to solving that problem and gave me a fair price for the extra work."
