"We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Matt and his crew. We are very grateful for having them arriving on-time before the winter storm to prevent potential damage of the house. He is professional, extremely responsive, and truly works to make sure that every detail of the project is done right. All of the subcontractors were professional and courteous. Lance was at our house for the majority of the project and did an amazing job with many aspects of the room, and particularly with the tiled shower. Brian was also great. "When you find a great contractor, don’t let them go. ;). I hired Tim to build a screen porch under my deck but added several projects as I recognized the high quality of work and attention to detail from his crew. In addition to the screen porch, they built a deck extension - so nice that I decided to have them replace the existing deck, installed a basement slider and replaced the door, installed a new fence and built a shed. Tim was responsive, open, honest and receptive of my requests and additions during the project. Great experience working with Tim and his crew: Dan, Brian, Eddie and Ben. Great job on all the work - I’ve received many compliments from neighbors and guests on the work you did! I can’t recommend Tim and his crew enough."

"Our deck was in poor shape and needed to be resurfaced.  Asa pointed out some additional issues that other contractors did not find.  Asa's price was slightly higher than other contractors (even with the other issues deducted).   We elected to go with Asa as result of the review's on Angles List.  He was pleasant to work with and was clear on changes when needed and made sure to provide cost estimates for the additional work.  Quality of workmanship was excellent.  Would recommend him for your project.

"Chris took my rough design, refined it and used his drawing for permitting and as a guide for subcontractors. Chris supervised excavation the foundation pour, utility connections and a variety of specialty contractors including plumbing and electrical, wallboard and plaster including the a very nice ceiling, windows and roofing. He did all the framing, rough and finish carpentry, flooring including tile, himself. There was no element of the build where he wasn’t intimately involved. Chris was considerate of my ideas, and enhanced and often expanded on the them. He was conscious of my budget and stretched my dollars without sacrificing quality. Two years later when a sliding door seal failed he replaced the door at no charge. My home is modest but “feels” bigger and more expensive than what it was. It is open concept with a lot of natural light. It takes advantage of passive solar heating and with my wood stove this 1800 square foot house makes it through the coldest winter without turning on the gas heat yet only consumed two cords of wood! It’s too bad Chris moved to the coast, contractors with integrity and skill are not easy to find. Our community’s loss, is Coastal Maine’s gain. I would be happy to recommend Chris to anyone in need of his many skills."

"Costas and his team did a wonderful job on my Aunt's home. What started off as a deck repair, turned into so much more (siding, windows, new 1/2 bath). The house had been in a bit of disrepair and he was very thoughtful and thorough in his approach to bringing it back to life. My family and I will enjoy it for many years to come, and I truly appreciate some of the little things he did along the way to ensure everything was done right. He took the initiative to select things when I was not able to be there. It felt very much like he was treating as if it were his own home. "This company started with just putting up new gutters and they did excellent work. I then hired them to finish up work in my basement and then update my primary bathroom and kitchen. I also had them convert my three season porch into a deck. They identified that the porch was not safe and could not be updated. All the work that they have done has been top-notch. They show up on time and they work a full day. I have nothing but good to say for them and would hire them again in an instant."
