"From start to finish, David worked with us through several scope changes and adjusted the contract as required. Jimmy and his seasoned crew made quick work of our old failing siding, installing fresh new Hardie siding, caulking and painting. This project involved a chimney and even when issues arose with the flashing, they quickly came out and made repairs. While here, they even cleaned our gutters. We will be using Spartan Contractors for the remainder of the house siding replacement in the spring and eventually replace our windows using them. We are very pleased, not only with the way our new siding looks, but the care with which they treated our property and landscaping. Thank you David and Jimmy and the whole crew! "David, the owner, personally came by and gave us the quote for the work. He is an honest businessman with integrity. He was easy to work with and answered all questions that were posed to him knowledgeably and amicably. He also takes great pride in his staff and employees. The employees who did the job (Joshua and Charlie) were friendly, communicative, and thorough, making sure that all leftover parts and trash were taken care of. The repaired gate looks and operates great. I asked them about keeping some of the old wood slats from the gate to repair some other slats in a nearby part of the fence and they offered to do that work while they were there at no additional charge. I had pointed out 3, they ended up replacing 5! That work also looks great. Only one minor piece of constructive criticism: the new gate has a gap near the post. It is unavoidable due to the how the mechanisms work. We had been referred to David's website to see a picture of what it might look like and did not note that. It would have been good to have an understanding of that so that we could discuss what options might be available to mitigate at the time. Still very pleased and looking forward to doing business with Ultimate Handyman, LLC again and would recommend highly."

Will made several trips out to measure, get quotes, oversee the project, and do final clean up. My parents live about an hour from San Antonio so it was nice to have a reliable, trustworthy company take care of them. The quality of work was spot on. Will also inspected 5 rental properties to look for any preventative maintenance that may be needed. He took pictures and emailed them all to me to explain any of the discrepancies he could find.
