Even though Gary was already booked up for the week, he went by thursday evening, reassembled what had been removed by tenant, diagnosed what broke and returned with parts friday am. Tenant had AC back on by 9am friday. Good service, fair price and considerable patience shown to the tenant who was talking over his shoulder the whole time."

"I would say this is the BEST SERVICE YOU CAN FIND for HVAC. I had an intermittently functioning heat system where we almost replaced the $300 Next thermostat and ran a 40 foot power wire through the walls, which would have cost quite a bit. Instead, a very capable man did the right testing and found we only needed a capacitor and he had one on his truck. He then spent another hour removing the dirty fan and cleaning the whole system with Shopvac and garden hose. We'd been breathing all this dusty air and did not know it. They came the day we called and everything was handled expertly after two weeks of problems with heat and incorrect solutions suggested. Highly recommended and I will save their number!"
