All the person involved in the project were always on time and very easy to with and they implemented out design concept and ideas with great details that matched our vision. While the first time the grout cracked, this company came out to fix it, the second time I was told it would be called "maintenance" and I would be charged, even though the work should still be under warranty. The first time it happened I was told that's common problem which surprised me. I don't think maintenance is an excuse for not fixing a problem created by the company. This was a special kind of grout and should not be cracking within months of the project's completion."
