The two owners, both named JR, were delightful to work with and so was the Project Manager, Angela. They are honest, professional, responsive and reliable. Their crew led by Miguel did a great job. The crew came when they said they would, cleaned up every day and completed the work on schedule. They use high quality materials , are GAF certified and they didnt nickel and dime me. When I identified a concern, they fixed it right away. I would highly recommend them!"

"This company and its employees epitomize professionalism. From sales through acceptance, everyone was friendly and respectful. After each day’s work, they walked our entire property with a big magnet in order to retrieve any errant nails or screws. They swept all hardscape (driveway, deck, sidewalks), picked scraps out of the gravel landscaping, and even skimmed the pool and fished out things that had fallen in and sunk to the bottom. They always were on time and worked efficiently and effectively. The few new tiles that were needed were incorporated seamlessly and in the least visible areas. The result speaks for itself. We gladly would hire Spencer’s Roofing again. Although, they do such quality work, we likely won’t need to call them for 20 years!"

"If you don't mind getting the inevitable upsell on the Angie's list "deal", clean up lots of overspray and drips found even after making them clean up the very obvious ones. I would expect a professional paint crew to use more drop cloths to keep paint drips off of pavers, drive way, etc. Go ahead use these guys. But I would recommend finding someone else, using your due diligence, getting three quotes, and make sure you inspect everywhere when they're done. I wouldn't recommend them or use them again in the future. I gave them an A for punctuality because, once scheduled, they did show up when they said they would.

"Chris and his team was terrific. Very customer oriented, and fair pricing. What gets them a 5 star is the following: I had a tree that ripped the edging and first row of tiles off the roof during a wind storm. Landscapers came out and trimmed but. It enough. 2 weeks later, same issue. Called Chris and he was..â no problem I'll be back..â landscapers cut tree back to eliminate the issue and ironwood replaced tiles for a second time: NO CHARGE. Thatâ s a good businessman!"

However, I was told the workers would arrive at my house between 6 and 6:30 am because of the Phoenix heat and the workers arrived at about 5:30 am without advance notice. I was also told that the work would take three days, happily it only took two."
