I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."

After the work was completed, the roof continued to leak in the same areas after a heavy rain. Armor Shield came out immediately and fixed their mistake. We haven't had much rain since so I'm just keeping an eye on it. Armor Shield has a 5 year guarantee so I'm not overly concerned. Thank you for your work."
