"Our new deck is absolutely beautiful. John did a perfect job. And we love it. We would highly recommend John's small jobs."

"We had a large vinyl deck installed with extra reinforcement, hardwired post cap lights, picture frame border, and was an irregular shape. We are very picky consumers. Vernon and his team were respectful, diligent, and careful craftsmen, cleaned up the site well, and came back for final details to make our deck 100% to our expectations and specifications. Upper Dauphin Vinyl is definitely a great choice for your deck or fence project. They answered many questions along the way and helped us make final design decisions within our budget. Supplies have been difficult during COVID, but they were as timely as could be and very responsive. I wholeheartedly recommend this company."

"The project went extremely smooth with no damage to the yard. Bob and his crew were punctual and the cleanup was thorough.I would
highly recommend his companys sevices to anyone needing a shed or gazebo.

"They did a great job building a detached patio cover/pavilion with fencing. Mike was wonderful in listening to my ideas and then helped me figure out what would work and it looks great!! I feel lucky to have found Twin Valley Contracting and will definitely be using them again!!"

"Replaced windows and sliding doors"

"I knew it was going to be challenging to find an investor that would lend me money for this real estate venture.  I have lived 20 years in a four unit historic condominium building in downtown Jersey City and I wanted to buy the unit above me as an investment property.  But with Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac rules, they would not give me a loan because I would own half the building and this would give me too much control over condo association decisions.  I checked with Angie's List where Central Lending was well recommended and spoke with Mark, the president of Central Lending, about my situation and that I needed an unconventional loan outside of Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac oversights.  After many disappointments and on the very last day of my contract with the seller, Mark found a lender.  And on the very last day of the window to the loan, it closed.  I cannot thank Mark and his assistant Judy enough for their patience and steadfast of seeing this through.  I cannot tell you the emotional roller-coaster ride I went through during the 4 1/2 month duration.  There were many moments that I wanted to give up but Mark reassured me that the sale would happen.  Without Mark's personal intervention with the lender and title company, this deal would not have closed.   You can be sure that when I am in the market to buy unit #3, I will not hesitate to contact Central Lending.  Thank you so much."

"I reached out to the contractor and the communication was excellent! He was able to translate my ideas into an actionable plan and execute the build within the allotted timeframe. During the process, my asks continued to evolve and change and he communicated the impact on the project timelines when necessary. That is more important than many people will realize. As a business, a delay in the timeline can be costly. Historically, my experience with contractors has been hit or miss with more on the miss side. But thankfully that wasn't the case with SCS."

"We had finally saved up enough to consider finishing part of our basement. But we knew we had some moisture and mold issues that needed to be taken care of first. Basement Gurus evaluated the situation and provided us a plan of attack. They upgraded our existing French drain system, removed the existing mold, and treated our walls to prevent future issues. Then when it was determined that our project would require an egress to meet our township's building code, they installed that too. The work was extremely high quality and efficient. They were respectful of our home. And when we ran into some minor issues with their finishing contractor, they quickly got involved and got everything working smoothly. Our project rep, Phil, was extremely attentive to our needs and what WE wanted to do, and didn't steer us into something we didn't want. He worked with us on pricing and payments so that we would be comfortable with our finances. Best of all, he constantly called or stopped in throughout the whole process to make sure our questions were answered and that everything was to our satisfaction. We now have the space we've wanted since we moved in nearly 12 years ago. Looking forward to watching the Super Bowl this weekend in my new room!"

"Very pleased with the roofing job done by Jeffk Roofing...easy communication, the job was started and completed in a timely manner, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again for other projects."

"he did a decent job, but the spindles were installed with nails and only one nail in each support, should have used deck screws ( two each for better support, nails will come loose after a couple years, had to redo spindles by adding decking screws on all spindles"
