Chapter claimed high-end services, but this was not the reality. There was minimal project management, workmanship was terrible (damaged new items, blamed ?site conditions? when they couldn?t do basic work they?d promised, had to re-do many items because quality was so poor). They missed every deadline and overshot the timeline by months. We were often forced to procure items ourselves because Chapter weren?t engaged or competent enough to do so (they even failed to purchase a one-of-a-kind marble slab we designed our bathroom around. It was sold to someone else and we were forced to redesign last minute). They gaslighted us whenever we raised concerns and pressured us to make payments when work was defective / incomplete. Miri and his team are professional, honest, and their work is fantastic and always great quality. One of the latest was the build-out/upgrade of a smaller spare bedroom into a beautiful walk-in closet. If I were to sell the house one day this room needs to be called out as a bedroom so I didn’t want floorboards and such just torn out. Miri and his team worked with me and talked through the design step by step. Being an old house, you always run into some obstacle (big or small) but no matter the project he always finds a solution that stays within the budget and scope of work. This time they installed ceiling lights, kept the floorboards, adjusted the AC vent, and installed the shelves in such a way that they can easily be removed with minimal work to restore the space to a bedroom or whatever the next owner may want. I love my new space with the light/brightness and it makes me smile every time I enter the room! I can’t recommend Miri and his Kremar Team enough!"
