"Beware of this appliance repair company! They claim to be experts but have no idea what theyre doing. We hired them to fix our leaking thermador refrigerator. After the first visit, they said we had to replace a specific part. They came with the wrong part then another visit with the supposed correct one. We paid for the part and service charge and the leak continued. They came back and said we had to replace another part which we did an again paid for the part and repair. The issue persisted. They came back and said we had to replace another part which we did. It still didn?t resolve the issue. Finally they said leave your fridge open for 48 hours and it?ll resolve itself. Months later, and endless back and forth with them including about 10 visits we STILL have a leaking fridges we paid so much $$ changed parts that didn?t need to be changed and are at the same point we started before calling them. They are also incredibly rude and condescending. Stay away!"

He is timely and he and his team are very professional. This time Kremar worked on the front walkway and stairs in the front of the house. The stairs were too steep and short and the walkway was charming but not practical or functional at any time of the year.
