"Our 15 year old LG dryer started making a horrible noise on Friday (3/6). We previously used whoever our home warranty company sent out. Our experiences with them were so terrible that we had lost faith in finding any reputable repair company. We finally dumped our warranty company. Fuse was one of 2 companies that responded to our request for service. They called the next morning (a Saturday) and arrived at 1130. Mike completely disassembled, cleaned, replaced all necessary parts, plus fixed the spring/wire holding the gasket on our washer that was causing it to leak, and cleaned up after himself by 1230. For a grand total of $257. He also ordered a new cover for our lint trap that I broke trying to vacuum it out. That will be an additional $75 (parts & labor) when the part comes in. Best experience I have had with a repair company. We will hire again and highly recommend."

I gave him a call and he was pleased to know about my project. He is amazing, understanding, professional, kind, pleasant to work with.He explained everything that I needed to know and updated me every step. He was on top of everything. Very organized with each team that he has. We had a little struggle with the county, for the permit and inspections but that didnâ  t stop him and he made thru . Very patient!! He works with amazing people. Billy and Jen did the finishing touches on my porch. They did a. great job. Im so thankful that I met them all and for the work they all done on my new Porch. "Do not hire these folks. They have NO IDEA what they are doing. I hired them to fix my ice maker. I normally fix thinks myself, but I was crunched for time. The technician opened the back of the fridge, poked around on his phone and quoted me ~$450 to replace the ice maker and water inlet valve. Then, attempted to sell me a new fridge once I exclaimed the price was too high, and that I didn't think the parts were needed. Several days later I started troubleshooting. All it was... a frozen water line, which I had suggested to the tech might be the issue. Cost me $0 to fix it. BTW estimates are not free as this site suggests. They charge an $80 service fee for incorrect diagnostics. Finally, I have no problem working with bilingual folks, but the techs English was so poor, it was hard to communicate. Save yourself time and money and avoid this company. "
