They have done many jobs for me, They are very trustworthy and reliable. They may not show up on time always but that means they are busy helping someone else in an emergency and I trust they will do the same for me someday when needed. Josh needs to be cloned, there needs to be more than one of him. I am very happy to have found them and I feel very lucky to consider them part of my team."

"David Evans was the technician who did the work and if there was a 5+++ rating he would get it! He was very careful to remove the broken tile without breaking or damaging any of the good tiles that were cemented on the other sides. This was very time consuming and he did a fabulous job. He was outstanding and then he laid the new tile very efficiently. The floor now is complete and it looks outstanding! I was so stressed about this job since I only had a few of the original tiles left so it was vital that other tiles didn't get damaged. Now that it is over, I am the happiest person on earth! Thank you David so much for your professional outstanding work!!! Grout Medic should be thrilled that you are on their staff! I also want to thank Shannon and Brandon for setting up my work very quickly. Chris also stopped in at the end of the day to help with setting the tile work. "I had received recommendations from others about companies with which to contract. Ryanalmighty was not One of them. This is a new company and I took a chance/gamble. I was somewhat convinced upon speaking with Ryan on the phone and realized I had made the right choice when he completed the work. He kept me informed about his projected arrival. After he came, he inspected the two pieces of furniture to clean, and wrote up the contract. He convinced me to add scotch guarding. When he completed the upholstery work, he brought to my attention that he had tested his cleaning product on my large Tibetan area rug and he felt that he accentuate the color by cleaning it. So I amended the contract for shampoo/clean the carpet. The carpet looks exquisite the following day. The furniture will need another day to dry with all the cushions that he cleaned. He looked over several other areas in my house and offered suggestions. He was careful, communicative and had very reasonably work. I recommend him highly."
