"I hired this pro back in August to install beautiful Cedar wood carriage swing doors that David who is the owner I sure me that he could properly Install. That was not the case. Be very careful even if the reviews are good which the majority of reviews I viewed on this company were. It took David and his team over 2 months to complete the job and the doors do not close smoothly and flush. I still have to call someone to further cut the bottom of the left door so that it will close properly without damaging the bottom track and seal. David started off very professional and expected me to fix what he couldn't. His team did not cut the doors properly which he assured they could do. The reason was that the original had snapped after only three years, and while it could have been defective, the thought was that a spring slightly larger than that recommended by the manufacturer would create a better system. He also explained to me that there was no reason to replace the other at this point and that there would be no future savings in the case I did, that I would be charged the same now as later since the second diagnostic fee would be waived. Naturally, he made certain that the tension for both the new right torsion spring and the old left torsion spring was the same. A line is drawn across the length of the torsion springs so that the rotations can be measured. Angel also answered my questions as he completed the different stages of the work.
