I was having issues with my central AC unit and I placed a call to this company, immediately Carl answered the phone and came out the next day to evaluate. It was determined that I needed a new central AC unit. This was last week during the extremely hot temps we were experiencing(above 90) The whole process from the time I placed the call to Carl to the time the unit was installed by Dylan was only 2 days! I was pleasantly surprised! I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and efficiencies and amazing customer service this company has provided me. I would also like to mention that Dylan the tech that installed my AC unit was amazing, he was very professional, experienced, answered all my questions and was very neat. The executive secretary Susan was also very efficient with any questions and follow up. If I could give this company 10 stars I would!!!"
