"We had Jason from US Appliance Repair fix our Samsung clothes dryer. He was professional, did the job and his estimate was spot on...no hidden costs! We recommend and use them again!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"I highly recommend this company. Dan was on time, knowledgeable, and the issue with my oven was fixed very quickly. The prices were also very honest and very reasonable. I am satisfied with their service."

Chris Silvia of Silvia Property Solutions has 20 years in property maintenance. Reliable repairs and upkeep across Massachusetts — honest work, clear communication, jobs finished as promised.

"A little difficult to keep tight schedule due to distance so just relax about that -- up to 30 minutes late. Excellent service makes it worthwhile."

"Daniel went right to the problem and took care of our fridge. Very helpful at such a stressful time. I would have no problem calling him back for any other appliance repair!"

"I bought cabinets here years ago but I wanted to make a comment about Brian and his character. Totally unrelated to appliance service but speaks to the character of the man. I lost an envelope of cash in Big Y recently. I was a wee bit frantic not knowing where I could have lost it. I finally remembered going into shop. Dejectedly, I called Big Y and yes they did have it !! turned by none other than Brian Angelo. Who does that ? Thanks Bro your a good man. A little something coming your way . Bless"

"Prompt response even though my refrigerator broke after working hours, and very reasonable repair costs. I don't want to have another large appliance failure again, but if I do, I know who I'll call first."

"He was able to accommodate a Saturday schedule. Although we had some communication delays, he promptly advised me that due to an emergency, he was not able to keep the original scheduled time. He kindly re-scheduled a Sunday morning in order to accommodate my tight weekend schedule. He fixed the problem with the dryer. Also, he took note of my model and serial numbers in the event the problem re-occurred - it would more than likely be an electronic board problem. In that event, he asked that I call him and he would research the cost in advance for a replacement electronic board. Very accommodating, pleasant, knowledgable and professional."

"The professional from Accurate Appliance arrived on time and was very efficient. I thought that I may have needed a new pump and motor, or even worse, a new washing machine. I was informed that I only needed a drain pump and I do appreciate him being honest with me because I had no idea. The gentleman even put the bottom front panel of the washing machine back on, installing new clips all at no extra charge. I broke them when I was trying to troubleshoot."
