He replaced the parts with a better set up where I could remove parts of my oudoor sink for the winter. He took pictures of the final job and emailed them to me. Price was very reasonable. I'm very satisfied overall."

Since we had never done a bathroom renovation before we found that certain things were done by asking our opinion without the suggestion of their expertise. Our only negative experience was the late nights they stayed working to get the project finished and the damage done to our front deck as a result of cutting tile outside. They did come back very willingly and tried cleaning the deck but unfortunately its still not totally clean. Since we will eventually be replacing our deck we just let it go. Ultimately they were a good, respectable reliable company."

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

"Mike was excellent and very polite, he arrived earlier that expected. Once he examine the problems we were having, He asked what we really needed done, then he explained everything he could do and gave us a quote which was pretty reasonable. He was there working for awhile but then needed another piece of pipe to complete the job. He came back and finished the job, he was very tidy. You wouldn't have known someone was there working on the faucet and drain. I would be using this company again and highly recommend them to others."

Bottom line - Mark hit all four at an incredibly high level...not only did he prove himself to indeed be a master plumber but also a master service provider. After a few not so successful experiences in the past, I am happy to say I have found my go to for all plumbing needs and I recommend MFS with my highest confidence. Details - I had a clogged drain which I was unsuccessful at snaking myself and proved to be a bit more complicated than initially thought, requiring some replacement plumbing. Mark responded to me immediately and his communication throughout the process was incredible. He made allowances to conform to my schedule, coming out on a Sunday even though it wasn't an emergency (and not charging emergency prices!). When the job required more than we had anticipated, Mark arranged to come back two days later, again convenient to my schedule, and completed the repair/replacement of some plumbing while clearing the pipes. Professional and superb quality of work, Mark was also wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! His final price for the two visits and work was very fair, I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience."
