Instead of just saying yes and sending a tech out, David took the time to ask me questions and run through simple items to check that could be causing my problem. David was able to identify the problem for me (turned out to be a tripped GFCI outlet in a bathroom that was wired with my garage outlets....wow....and I was all squared away. They kept canceling my power shut off because of storms in the area and this ended up taking an additional 6 weeks before my job was finally completed. This was no fault of M.R. Electric."
