"I work for Veteran Affairs, We use DAV vehicles to drive Veterans to and from Dr. appointments. We travel to Ann Arbor, Detroit and Saginaw etc, everyday, which is a lot of highway driving, We have at least 3-5 chipped or broken windshields a year and we are unable to have vehicles down for very long due to the demand of rides. Glass Doctor is amazing. I will never go anywhere else. Their office manager Amy Goodrow is very professional and goes over and above. She understands the urgency and sends the installer to us and works around our schedule. The installers are fast and efficient, but never cut corners, I have never had any complaints, and would recommend all Veterans to use them. I would give them more than 5 stars. I promise you will not be disappointed,"

Our services are customized to the individual project, paying close attention to the details of each project that we're involved with. "Put my job off over and over and over. Lots of excuses (not the right tools, don't have lumber, doing another big job, etc.). I paid for materials up front but order wasn't complete and no proof offered of what and when things were ordered. No follow up, no communication. After 5 months the 5 hours of work that was done left my windows casings exposed all summer long. They said their hands were tied because of parts not coming in but I still have two doors in the garage that never got installed. After six months I gave up. No offer to make things right, just a statement that there are no refunds (which was not on invoice but in the email that had the invoice attached. Bad experience."

"I booked Jezak through Angi for assembly of two bedside units. Before the appointment, I had sent him the product link and we agreed on a price. He arrived on time, looked at the items and the instructions, then said he didn?t have the necessary tools (a flathead screwdriver, #2 Phillips head screwdriver, and hammer). I told him I had the tools available, but he still left, saying he would return later with his own. After several hours, I reached out to check in ? he said he would be here in about an hour. I called again later, and he told me he would be here in 15?20 minutes. Then, after around 15 minutes, he said he had a flat tire and would call me the next day to schedule a new time. After that, he stopped responding completely. I even had to postpone my appointments that day because he said he would be coming back later, which caused additional inconvenience. I understand that he might have felt the job wasn?t worth the agreed rate, but this in unprofessional."
