"     Tim showed up early for our scheduled appointment and did a visual inspection of our 2 older (1986) garage doors that we thought would have to be replaced. Tim gave me a very nice surprise when he said that the doors were fine just needed a little maintenance and the new openers. He made recommendations for spring tension wires for safety but at no time gave a high pressure sales pitch, he totally let it be my decision what work I wanted to be performed. Tim came back the next day with all the necessary parts and removed the 2 non working garage door openers and installed the 2 new ones in their place. He also installed a remote pad for each opener that has a vacation setting on it.  When the entire job was completed Tim took the time to explain the warranty, how everything works and recommended maintenance.  <br>     We had priced out new garage door openers and doors at Home Depot because we thought the doors would need to be replaced along with the openers. Not only did Tim save the doors but his prices and professionalism far exceeded the competition. Co. and was given an appointment for within 2 hours.   Jason arrived  on time and discovered the lift spring was broken.  Since the lift system on the door was over 20 years old, it required more than just a new spring.  Jason had the required parts on his truck and proceeded  to rebuild the lift system and lubed the springs, hinges and drive screw.  Jason was very cordial and professional, explaining what needed to be done and how he would do it, even showing me where some of the other parts to be replaced were worn..  Service was quickly completed and all the old parts taken away.       A Authentic provides a 5 year warranty on the replaced parts. <br />"

"What a professional company! Called and got an appointment for the next day between 8 am and 1 pm. At 8 am we received a call from the company that the driver's truck broke down. They promised to keep me informed what time he would arrive. A few minutes later, the driver called and said it was fixed and he was on his way. We really appreciated the level of customer service we received! Steve showed up and never tried to up-sell us anything. He looked at the garage door, made recommendations for things that needed replacement and things that could wait. We had him replace everything since all the parts and the opener were 25 years old. Very nice guy. My only regret.....we forgot to ask for the senior discount! RATS!!!"
