"It took more than 4 months to get this project done. Mainly due to the electrician and plumber not willing to travel to my residence. The contractor himself was very professional. and hard working. His hired team on the other hand was not. Due to no insulation heat had been turned down in the house. I opened the door to a heat wave. The electrician had messed with my thermostat and blasted the heat and didn't turn it back down. I also question the reliability of his team. When asked if there was a cover on my vent. He was told there was but when I went to check there wasn't one on there. Work was done and passed inspection. However will be more careful with a big job requiring outside labor."

After our great experience with TCHR installing new windows in our current home a couple of years ago, when I needed a quote for windows for a new property I knew who to call. We had limited time within the inspection period to get the information so that we could be informed about the costs of a new house. Joe again went above and beyond and turned around a quote in the limited time needed. These guys do quality work and are great to work with. In 2018 I hired Twin City Home Remodeling to replace the windows in our 1924 bungalow. I wanted windows that maintained the quality feel of the home. The TCHR team was knowledgeable and great to work with from start to finish. They answered all of my questions and did high quality work.
