"Amazing people to work with. Good quality work, great pricing, and flexible with scheduling. I had them do several other projects as well, not just the initial work. Will use them anytime I need home repair work."

"Mike is honest, courteous and fair. we had a good experience overall but he does need more experience with actual remodeling, i.e. electrical and plumbing. My hubby, who does have plumbing and wiring experience, was able to be home and assist and oversee the remodel. we needed labor help as my hubby and I are senior citizens. EZ bath, another company, did the actual bathtub/shower remodel portion for both bathrooms. Mike did the rest of the bathroom remodel; i.e,, paint, install new vanity, integrated sink/countertop in main bathroom, and pedestal sink in back bathroom, as well as all-in-one exhaust/heat/light units in both bathrooms and medicine cabinets/mirrors. we kept toilets and already replaced flooring prior to remodel. Due to my hubby assisting with the remodel and us shopping for most of the items for our remodel, we were able to get a significant savings over original estimate. overall, i would recommend Mike's business. at the time of our remodel, he had only one helper, who unfortunately injured himself at his home and was unable to help with the most of the remodel. i believe our project offered Mike valuable experience!"

"Home Remodel- Remodeled My kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom & closet. Great experience and would hire him again! Beautiful work, Randy was always on time when he said he was going to be there, his crews were always on time and got their part done which didn’t hold up the next crew! For my next project Randy Keys Construction is the first call!"

"Brad is a very good handy man. He shows up on time and works steadily all day long. He did a great job all of the work he did for me. I would highly recommend him and would hire him again for any remodeling or handy man job in my home."

"The most professional company I've ever delt with! Turned our house into a home! I called 13 contractors and Monge Remodeling gave me the most in depth walk through and project scope. He didn't try to cut corners or upcharge me. He was fair and true to his word. We had an old flip house that felt hopeless but now feels like a forever home. He replace beams under my house, replaced my subfloor, Leveled all the floors out in the home and installed vinyl flooring through my ENTIRE home. He did such a great job we hired him for our Countertop and kitchen remodel! He will be our permanent contractor on ALL future projects! So thankful that I found Him!"

"Highly recommend Rogers Home Maintenance! Quality work at affordable prices! Mr. Roger was accommodating to our availability to do work on our home, and even worked on weekends around OUR schedule!"

"This company did superb work. I could not be more delighted with the attention to both big and small details. The work was completed before the given schedule, which was a major plus!!! The owner is personable and down to earth. The crew were very respectful of myself and my home. I will definitely hire them again!!!"

"We had a water leak and were concerned that it was coming through our older roof. We had Eric at Sunrise come out and assess the problem. He repaired a small leak and conducted a thorough inspection of our roof. It had considerable hail damage from past storms. He worked with our insurance company and we only paid the deductible. His crew did a great job, cleaned up very well after themselves, and finished in a day. He even made suggestions about the color we should use and brought samples. We recently had a small leak near a skylight and called to let Sunrise know. They sent out someone the next day to take care of the problem. The roof is beautiful!!!
