"I hired Mark to replace our window with French doors…build steps to the backyard..and put our AC in the wall. He was very prompt…from coming over to take a look…getting me a bid…and starting the job. It turned out beautifully! He worked fast and efficiently. The trim work he added is so great…and not a bit of mess was left over. I love the result!"

"Good customer service, did the job quickly, quoted me a fair price. However... he underbid the job because he didn't have enough concrete experience to accurately estimate the costs (he asked for 60% more money after starting the project). He also didn't have enough concrete experience to give me the expected finish, though it's not too bad, I will still have to grind some areas to make it smooth enough to use. Given that information, I wouldn't ask him to do another concrete project, but I presume he has the skills to do most things well."
