"I had an unfinished kitchen for just over a year. I have had the worst luck w contractors. Before Ian, I started a remodel. The contractor demolished the kitchen, started some work, and the company dissolved. I lost a lot of money. I hired a second contractor to come clean up the work and began noticing little things that they were doing to cut corners and cover up things after the storm to speed up the project — which was already 9 months running. When I confronted the gc he blamed the contractor before him and eventually pulled out of the project, gave me the remainder of my money back but left everything unfinished and/or incorrectly finished. Fixed several leaks in our existing tile roof after the hurricane removed and rebuilt a leaking chimney and corrected the problem is repainted sections of the house re-install decorative trim on existing garage doors and we moved some gutters they were creating leaking problems! We found LHS very easy to work with and did a great job for us and can highly recommend their work!"

He was quick to respond to all additional questions before and after the quote had been accepted. It took one day to remove the old shingles on both structures. One day for delivery of the new shingles. Half day to install. Only issue was communicating with the workers. The workers did an excellent job, but only communicated in spanish."
