"Excellent! Alta Renovations did my bathroom from the studs out. Tile, sheetrock, floor, vanity and the plumbing and towel hardware. The job was was in a co-op, with very frustrating "rules" and "requirements ". Most contractors would not want to participate (paperwork, time schedules and parking restrictions). Jose, the owner of Alta, abided by all the rules, whiles still keeping a smile!!! His workers worked neatly and orderly, knew exactly what had to be done, and did it. Very pleased. "Memo and Abby are fantastic. The communication is exceptional in both clarity and attentiveness, and the work quality - from prep to the job itself to clean up - itâ s the tops. I engaged Memo to build/install and paint, finish, and wallpaper a double-sided wall with some mill work and moulding details. For the same room I also engaged him to purchase/hang/install a solid core slab door in an existing doorway. Though not a huge job, as a designer I was really keen to work with someone on the details - and Memo was so easy to do this with and delivered on everything I wanted. I will absolutely be hiring Memo again for more things and bigger jobs."

"This contractor is an absolute gem! The project entailed a complete gut of a galley kitchen, an expansion of a first floor bathroom, and renovation of first floor upper and lower foyer floors and walls. All work areas were in original condition from 1972. The owner was on site every day. His workers were knowledgeable, clean, respectful, and professional in every sense of the word. When problems with the original construction of the house were revealed, Ray (the owner) offered solutions as to how to overcome them, providing options and opinions. As with any major renovation, there were only a couple of items that needed to be addressed. Ray and his crew came back even after being fully paid and corrected the defect with no additional cost to us. His price was fair for the amount of work he performed and the kitchen, floors, and foyers look spectacular! It's tough to find a contractor with ethics and integrity, but Ray Lamanna and Tri-Build Construction are certainly in that category. We certainly will be using them again for our next project."
